A "funky", "colorful" interior with a "beach-resort" feel is the hallmark of this "quaint" boutique with "warm service" that's deceivingly "unattractive" from the outside; but eagle-eyed reviewers rip into the "shabby" fitness facility, "paper-thin walls" and "industrial" nabe far from Schaumburg's "vibrant, upscale" shopping.

Atmosphere of room was welcoming, inviting and comfortable.
Restaurants were not within walking distance, needed a car or had to use hotel transportation, no refrigerator in room.
Friendly staff, knowledgeable about area and directions to major shopping and restaurants. Room was quiet (on first floor), charming, bed was very comfortable, had up to date amenities such as newer coffee makers. Would use Indigo Hotels once again. ...read more

Needs a facelift on the outside.
